Give up something that you enjoy for a period of time, like smoking,
eating chocolate or taking the lift. Whilst you get healthier, thinner or fitter you
will be helping the RSPCA Leaps and Bounds Appeal.
What’s in it for RSPCA?
Donate anything from £1 to £40, and that will go towards helping us rescue, rehabilitate and re-house more animals into loving homes.
